Police Officer and K9 Square Off Against Mob of 60 in Modesto

"Modesto police officer had to pull his gun to keep a hostile crowd at bay early Sunday.

The officer sustained minor injuries in the southwest Modesto incident, said police spokesman Sgt. Brian Findlen. Police are not releasing the officer's name. The officer's dog was assaulted but not seriously injured, Findlen said. Police arrested several suspects in connection with the incident. A loaded assault rifle was found later at the scene of the struggle, which unfolded about 2 a.m.

Findlen said the officer pulled his gun only after other deterrents, including his police dog, failed to keep the crowd under control. "In a situation where you really feel that your life is in imminent danger, your options become very few," Findlen said.

Some members of the crowd told the officer that "he was not going to leave the scene alive," according to police.

The crowd of as many as 60 people included some known gang members, Findlen said. Police believe the group was gathered for a party in the 1700 block of Pelton Avenue. The officer happened upon the group when he was responding to another call in the area.

The officer saw several people assaulting one man, Findlen said. As the officer tried to break up the fight, the crowd's attention shifted from the assault victim to the officer. The crowd surrounded the officer. The officer sent his dog into the crowd in an attempt to stop the group.

The dog apprehended one suspect, who police later identified as 18-year-old Alfredo Espinoza of Modesto. As the officer tried to arrest Espinoza, the crowd pulled Espinoza away from the officer.

According to police, some in the crowd then challenged the officer to a fight. One suspect attacked the officer, police said.

The officer's two-way radio was broken during the struggle. The officer then used his gun to hold off the crowd as he tried to tell neighbors to call 911. Someone in the crowd had a police scanner, Findlen said, and told the rest of the crowd that other officers weren't responding to the scene. It was then that the officer was told he wouldn't be leaving the scene alive, according to police."

Daniel Hannan Addresses President Obama

He also discusses nationalizing banks, bailouts, Great Depression, fascism, etc...

He also goes into the future of "conservatism" and whether we will actually see a rebirth of true conservatism in our generation. Interesting stuff…

Glenn Beck Takes on Connecticut’s AG on AIG Bonuses

Ronald Reagan on Taxes and Inflation

Hmmm... I don't think President Obama really considered this before his press conference this morning concerning the continued auto industry bailouts.

"When a business or an individual spends more than it makes, it goes bankrupt. When government does it, it sends you the bill. And when government does it for 40 years, the bill comes in two ways: higher taxes and inflation. Make no mistake about it, inflation is a tax and not by accident." --Ronald Reagan

Obama's Auto Industry Bailout Comments

More populist rhetoric for socialistic policies. Nothing new here.

The 'Lion Whisperer'

Brave guy.

MEP Daniel Hannan on Your World with Neil Cavuto

Here's a follow-up to my post the other day on Daniel Hannan. This guy is even better than I thought. I think he is making points that are really hitting home with people.

Wow... in Part 2 he really hits the nail on the head concerning Bush, McCain and the Republican party... and makes some of the same points that I did about Obama uniting the GOP around conservatism, rather having to put up with, and support McCain's liberalism.

Get ready around the 5:00 mark to have your socks blown off… I about fell out of my chair! I didn’t know that RP had worldwide followers. :)

Also, he makes some great points about New Zealand and how they handled their banking crisis by NOT bailing out their failing banks. This is definitely worth the watch and I wish this guy was here in the U.S. taking on both the Republicans and Democrats! We need more leaders like this in America!!

Senate Republicans Push for new College Football Bowl Selection Process

INCREDIBLE!!! Who are these RINO’s? 1) Why in the world should the federal government waste it’s time with this? 2) What business is it of theirs as to how a football organization determines who plays in what bowl games?? Ridiculous!

And we wonder why our freedoms are slowly being destroyed?? Maybe if our elected officials would pay more attention to the Constitution and not the sports section of the paper we wouldn’t have so many messes on our hands right now.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Everyone from President Barack Obama on down to fans has criticized how college football determines its top team. Now senators are getting off the sidelines to examine antitrust issues involving the Bowl Champion Series.

The current system "leaves nearly half of all the teams in college football at a competitive disadvantage when it comes to qualifying for the millions of dollars paid out every year," the Senate Judiciary's subcommittee on antitrust, competition policy and consumer rights said in a statement Wednesday announcing the hearings.

Under the BCS, some conferences get automatic bids to participate in series, while others do not.

Obama and some members of Congress favor a playoff-type system to determine the national champion. The BCS features a championship game between the two top teams in the BCS standings, based on two polls and six computer ratings.

Behind the push for the hearings is the subcommittee's top Republican, Sen. Orrin Hatch of Utah. People there were furious that Utah was bypassed for the national championship despite going undefeated in the regular season.

The title game pitted No. 1 Florida (12-1) against No. 2 Oklahoma (12-1); Florida won 24-14 and claimed the title.

The subcommittee's statement said Hatch would introduce legislation "to rectify this situation." No details were offered and Hatch's office declined to provide any.

Hatch said in a statement that the BCS system "has proven itself to be inadequate, not only for those of us who are fans of college football, but for anyone who believes that competition and fair play should have a role in collegiate sports."

In the House, Rep. Joe Barton of Texas, the top Republican on the Energy and Commerce Committee, has sponsored legislation that would prevent the NCAA from calling a football game a "national championship" unless the game culminates from a playoff system.

McCain: '50 Million People Voted Mostly for Palin'

LOL... so he admits (jokingly) that most people voted for Palin and not him... so does that mean he is acknowledging that being a "maverick" liberal Republican isn't the way to win elections?

“Although 50 million people voted for me and for Sarah Palin, mostly for Sarah Palin, that there was a sizeable majority of the other party that returned to Congress and elections have consequences. Elections have consequences. These consequences we are seeing now in full display.”

FL Judge Jumps Bench to Protect Witness

Now this is my kind of judge! :)

The Broward Sheriff's Office reports that Circuit Court Judge Ian Richards had just ordered 29-year-old John Charles Reasee to be held on a domestic violence charge Tuesday when Reasee ran around his attorney and attacked a woman who had testified against him. She had filed the abuse charges and was seeking a restraining order.

The sheriff's office says Reasee chased the woman toward the judge's bench and began hitting her.

That's when Richards got up, climbed over the bench and jumped on Reasee. A bailiff and two Lauderhill police officers joined the fray and eventually got Reasee under control.

Reasee now faces new charges of resisting arrest and domestic battery. He remains in jail without bail set.

Tea Party Anthem

The soundtrack for the 2nd Revolution! :)

Here's the full song:

The "American Party Tea Anthem" has become an internet sensation just 4 days after it was posted online at the popular YouTube video sharing website.

Written by Lloyd Marcus (a spokesperson for the Our Country Deserves Better Committee and president of the National Association for the Advancement of Conservative People of Color) the video clip featuring the song has attracted almost 30,000 views at YouTube and earned 4 Weekly YouTube Honors:

The song was performed at Saturday's Orlando Tea Party that drew over 4,000 people and was a front page story at the Orlando Sentinel. Lloyd Marcus will be performing the "American Tea Party Anthem" at several other upcoming tea parties across the nation (including tea parties taking place on April 15th).

"It's important for the American people to take action and tell the government that we're angry about how they are mismanaging our tax dollars," Marcus said.

"This is a government of the people, for the people, and by the people, and I hope that my song can inspire people to stand up and speak out about the wrongful policies of President Obama and the Congress," said Marcus.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Takes on Entitlement Society

How NOT to Travel with a Weapon

Unknowingly is probably the worst way ;) Apparently that's how Leadership Guru John Maxwell did it this past Sunday.

Here are some excerpts from his blog post on how he got arrested this past weekend for attempting to carry a gun onto a commercial airplane.

I’ve done a lot of stupid things in my life. Early in my marriage I would win arguments with my wife, Margaret, and hurt her feelings really badly. I have made business moves that lost tens of thousands of dollars at a time. And I’ve made leadership decisions that led to failures for my organizations. But up until now, none of the dumb things I’ve done has gotten me arrested.

Here’s how this came about. Last Sunday, I was in Birmingham, Alabama, speaking for the Church of the Highlands. It’s a wonderful church with a marvelous leader named Chris Hodges. He is a good friend, the congregation is fantastic, and I had a terrific time.

Most of the time when I have speaking engagements, I fly commercially, especially when the commitments are far from home. But when the engagement is not very far away and it means that I will be able to sleep at home in my own bed, I’ll sometimes fly on a private airplane. That was the case on Sunday.

As I got on the plane, someone from Chris’ congregation gave me a gift: a handgun. “This is for Margaret,” he said, “so she can feel safe when you’re traveling.”

And then I forgot about it.

For the next several days, I was focused on preparations for an upcoming speaking engagement in Dallas. There was a moment when I thought to myself, “Oh, I’d better remember to get that gun out of my bag,” but because I was in the middle of writing, I didn’t want to stop. By the time yesterday rolled around, it had completely left my mind.

My friends used to call me Mr. Magoo. For those of you a little younger, they have also called me Forrest Gump.

Well, off I went to the airport in full Mr. Magoo mode. In security, I put my carry-on bag on the conveyer belt and didn’t think anything of it. Truly, it’s one of the stupidest things I’ve ever done.

You can probably guess the rest. I was arrested, handcuffed, and taken to jail, where I was fingerprinted and photographed. Needless to say, it opened my eyes to a world I’d seen only in the movies. I was glad when I posted bail and was able to leave.

U.S. Faces Zimbabwe-style Economic Collapse Says SC Governor Sanford

COLUMBIA, South Carolina (CNN) -- The United States faces a Zimbabwe-style economic collapse if it keeps "spending a bunch of money we don't have," South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford said Wednesday

Sanford, a Republican, has been an outspoken critic of the Obama administration's $800 billion stimulus plan. He said he'll turn down about a quarter of his state's $2.8 billion share unless Washington lets him use that money to pay down debt.

"What you're doing is buying into the notion that if we just print some more money that we don't have and send it to different states, we'll create jobs," he said. "If that's the case, why isn't Zimbabwe a rich place?"

Zimbabwe has been in the throes of an economic meltdown ever since the southern African nation embarked on a chaotic land reform program. Its official inflation rate topped 11 million percent in 2008, with its treasury printing banknotes in the trillion-dollar range to keep up with the plummeting value of its currency.

NC Judge Orders Homeschoolers into Public School Rooms

The tyranny is beginning for families who wish to educate their children at home according to their Biblical mandate. Please pray for this family, and for this nation.

Here are some excerpts from Voddie Baucham on the issue:

"This decision is beyond appalling. One has to wonder if a judge would have gotten away with forcing parents of kids at Bountiful Junior High School in Utah to leave that school and educate their children at home to protect them from predatory teachers. Unfortunately, the antagonism in our culture (even in the church) toward home education is growing. It matters not that these children are performing above grade level. It matters not that these children are receiving more parental attention and investment than the overwhelming majority of children in our culture. All that matters is that they are not in a state sanctioned indoctrination center.

Of course, one of the principal arguments the judge is offering centers around the all-too-familiar “socialization” issue (I bet you home educators never saw that one coming...). He wrote:

"The children have thrived in homeschool for the past four years, but need the broader focus and socialization available to them in public school. The Court finds that it is in the children's best interest to continue their homeschooling through the end of the current school year, but to begin attending public school at the beginning of the 2009-2010 instructional year."

Amazing! A well-educated man... a judge, still believes that socialization requires being in a room with 20-30 people your own age for up to 14,000 hours. Someone needs to tell him that research indicates home educated students actually experience superior socialization in the long run! They are more likely to marry, more likely to vote, more likely to participate in community organizations, etc. (see research at nheri.org). This judge not helping these children’s socialization, he is hurting it. He is putting a wedge between them and their mother (God’s primary ‘socializer’ of children). He is condemning these children to aggressively anti-Christian/secular human curriculum, increased exposure to violence, drugs, sex (with students and/or teachers), and an inferior education to boot! How is this in the best interest of any child? Not to mention the fact that these children (10,11 and 12) are already going through the trauma of a divorce. Does he think that hanging out with young men who wear their pants down below their posterior, girls who streetwalkers, and clubs like the “Gay-Straight Alliance” will help “socialize” these children properly? Has he even been to a government school lately?"

U.S. Providing 75% of Weapons for Mexican Drug War

In a follow-up to my post the other day on Drug Cartels in Atlanta and Houston. If you notice, Mexico has very stringent anti-gun laws, but does it prevent gun crime? Nope, the murderers find a way to get them anyways, which happens to be through the U.S. this time. However if the U.S. stopped providing them, you can be assured that they would find them somewhere else.

Chinese Military Ships Confront US Navy Ship in South China Sea

Are the Chinese still looking for a fight? Even after Hillary Clinton's trip recently in which she spoke well of U.S. China relations.

Mexican Drug Cartels Plague Atlanta and Houston

Mexican cartels plague Atlanta
ATLANTA — In a city where Coca-Cola, United Parcel Service and Home Depot are the titans of industry, there are new powerful forces on the block: Mexican drug cartels.
Their presence and ruthless tactics are largely unknown to most here. Yet, of the 195 U.S. cities where Mexican drug-trafficking organizations are operating, federal law enforcement officials say Atlanta has emerged as the new gateway to the troubled Southwest border.

Rival drug cartels, the same violent groups warring in Mexico for control of routes to lucrative U.S. markets, have established Atlanta as the principal distribution center for the entire eastern U.S., according to the Justice Department's National Drug Intelligence Center.

In fiscal year 2008, federal drug authorities seized more drug-related cash in Atlanta — about $70 million — than any other region in the country, Drug Enforcement Administration records show.

This year, more than $30 million has been intercepted in the Atlanta area — far more than the $19 million in Los Angeles and $18 million in Chicago.

Atlanta has not seen a fraction of the violence that engulfs much of northern Mexico, but law enforcement officials are increasingly concerned about the cartels' expanding operations here.

"The same folks who are rolling heads in the streets of Ciudad Juárez" — El Paso's Mexican neighbor — "are operating in Atlanta. Here, they are just better behaved," says Jack Killorin, who heads the Office of National Drug Control Policy's federal task force in Atlanta.

The same regional features that appeal to legitimate corporate operations — access to transportation systems and proximity to major U.S. cities — have lured the cartels, Atlanta U.S. Attorney David Nahmias says.

Mexican cartels infiltrate Houston
The order was clear: Kill the guy in the Astros jersey.

But in a case of mistaken identity, Jose Perez ended up dead. The intended target — the Houston-based head of a Mexican drug cartel cell pumping millions of dollars of cocaine into the city — walked away.

Perez, 27, was just a working guy, out getting dinner late on a Friday with his wife and young children at Chilos, a seafood restaurant on the Gulf Freeway.

His murder and the assassination gone awry point to the perilous presence of Mexican organized crime and how cartel violence has seeped into the city.

Arrests came in December when police and federal agents got a break in the 2006 shooting as they charted the relationship and rivalries between at least five cartel cells operating in Houston. A rogue’s gallery of about 100 names and mug shots taken at Texas jails and morgues offers a blueprint for Mexican organized crime.

Houston has long been a major staging ground for importing illegal drugs from Mexico and shipping them to the rest of the United States, but a recent Department of Justice report notes it is one of 230 cities where cartels maintain distribution networks and supply lines.

At Chilos, the real crime boss was sitting at another table, as were two spotters. The hitman waited in the parking lot for Perez to leave the restaurant.

“I just remember that guy coming up to us and he started shooting and shooting and shooting and never stopped,” said Norma Gonzalez, Perez’s widow. He was hit twice.

“I know they will pay for what they have done, maybe in the next life,” she said of Perez’s killers. “I don’t know what is going to happen to them in this life.”

Problem ‘far-reaching’

The gangster — captured on surveillance video — blended in with other customers as they gawked at the aftermath. A few months later, he was dead too, gunned down two miles from the restaurant.

“It is here and it has been here, but people don’t want to listen,” Rick Moreno, a Houston police homicide investigator working with the Drug Enforcement Administration and FBI, said of the cartels’ presence in Houston. "It is so far-reaching>"

Washington is taking notice, even if the toll on U.S. streets is nowhere near as pervasive as in Mexico, where cartels are locked in a war against one another and with the government.

“International drug trafficking organizations pose a sustained, serious threat to the safety and security of our communities,” U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said. “We can provide our communities the safety and the security that they deserve only by confronting these dangerous cartels head-on without reservation,” he said.

When it comes to tearing into the cartels in Houston, an investigation later code-named Operation Three Stars got quietly under way three years ago, as an undercover DEA agent stood in line at a McDonald’s in north Houston. He listened to a drug trafficker using a two-way radio to set up delivery of $750,000; the man was with his wife and kids, ordering Happy Meals while making the deal.

Shifting alliances

Since then, more than 70 people in Houston have been prosecuted as a result of the ongoing operation and more than $5 million has been seized, as well as about 3,000 pounds of cocaine, according to court documents and law enforcement officers.

How many people are involved in cartel business is unknown, authorities said. Alliances shift quickly, as can the need to shut down to evade the law. Federal agents concede that numbers garnered by the operation pale compared to the cash and drugs pumped through Houston, but contend they’ve headed off countless crimes.

“The public never gets the full picture, they don’t understand these murders, these kidnappings, these violent crimes are directly tied to these organizations,” said Violet Szeleczky, spokeswoman for the DEA regional office in Houston. “A lot of these guys are just real dirtbags.”

Freedom Bank of Georgia Seized by Regulators

Freedom Bank is located in Commerce, Georgia.

March 7 (Bloomberg) -- Freedom Bank of Georgia was seized by regulators, the 17th bank closed this year, as the recession persists and a jump in unemployment pushed more borrowers behind on home loan payments.

Freedom Bank, in Commerce, Georgia, with $173 million in assets and $161 million in deposits, was shut by the state’s Department of Banking and Finance and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. was named receiver. Northeast Georgia Bank of Lavonia, Georgia, will assume deposits, the FDIC said.

“Customers of both banks should continue to use their existing branches until Northeast Georgia Bank can fully integrate the deposit records of Freedom Bank of Georgia,” the FDIC said.

The U.S. economy is in the second year of a recession caused partly by a collapse of the housing market and losses in the financial system linked to mortgage securities. The U.S. unemployment rate reached 8.1 percent, the highest level in more than a quarter century, and employers shed 650,000 jobs last month, the Labor Department said.

Closely held Northeast Georgia Bank will buy about $167 million in assets at a discount of $13.7 million and the bank agreed to share with the FDIC in any losses on about $96.5 million in assets. The FDIC estimates the transaction will cost the deposit insurance fund, supported by fees on insured banks, about $36.2 million.

Bank Losses

FDIC-insured banks lost $26.2 billion in the fourth quarter, the first loss for a three-month period since 1990. U.S. banks and other financial companies have reported about $800 billion in writedowns and credit losses since 2007 in the worst financial crisis since the Great Depression.

“There is no question that this is one of the most difficult periods we have encountered during the FDIC’s 75 years of operation,” FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair said at a news conference on Feb. 26 after the industry report was released.

The FDIC predicted that bank failures will cost the fund $65 billion through 2013, up from the $40 billion estimated in October. The fund, drained by 25 bank shutdowns last year, dropped 45 percent to $18.9 billion in the fourth quarter from $34.6 billion in the preceding three-month period.

The Washington-based agency classified 252 banks as “problem” in the fourth quarter, a 47 percent jump from the third quarter. It doesn’t name the “problem” banks.

Congressman Price Shows What 9,000 Earmarks Looks Like

MSNBC Anchors Won't Defend Olbermann after Fleischer Slam

LOL... too funny!

The Depravity of Man

Because of the brutality... this video is very hard to watch. So watch at your own discretion.

Video Shows Brutal Beating of School Bus Driver by 16 Year Old

And of course the 16 year old's parents say it's not his fault that he beat the lady up! It's outrageous to say that this boy was not at fault...

"Newschannel 3 also spoke the parents of the attacker, who also asked not to be revealed, but told us that their son isn't responsible.

"Our son has stated to us several times he's got twins living up in his head," said the suspect's mother, "and yesterday when I talked to him he said something about the twins in his head."

The parents say their son has been diagnosed with both bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia."

And even more outrageous - his father says he was PROVOKED to beat her! With statements like that is it any wonder that the boy turned out like he did??
"The suspect's father believes something must have happened on the bus to set his son off.

"We know he's not a bad kid, something else must have went on to provoke him," said the father, "he wouldn't just do that."

The suspect told his father that he was provoked.

"The bus driver had hit the brakes real hard and he said he fell and hit his shoulder on the seat," the suspect's father said.

Video of the incident shows where the suspect loses his balance after the bus driver taps the brakes, but he never falls or hits anything. The suspect's father says that his son doesn't remember anything from then on.

The video shows the suspect calmly taking off his jacket before walking back to the bus driver and beginning to beat her."

What do a Russian Scholar, a Former KGB Agent, and Glenn Beck Have In Common?

They all agree on these things!

According to Igor Panarin, President Obama will order martial law this year and the U.S. will split into six regions before 2011. With a 'high probability that the collapse will occur by 2010'.

MOSCOW (AP) - If you're inclined to believe Igor Panarin, and the Kremlin wouldn't mind if you did, then President Barack Obama will order martial law this year, the U.S. will split into six rump-states before 2011, and Russia and China will become the backbones of a new world order.

Panarin might be easy to ignore but for the fact that he is a dean at the Foreign Ministry's school for future diplomats and a regular on Russia's state-guided TV channels. And his predictions fit into the anti-American story line of the Kremlin leadership.

"There is a high probability that the collapse of the United States will occur by 2010," Panarin told dozens of students, professors and diplomats Tuesday at the Diplomatic Academy—a lecture the ministry pointedly invited The Associated Press and other foreign media to attend.

And now you are probably asking… why do I care what a Russian scholar says about the U.S.? Well, here’s why – you can call me Joe McCarthy Jr., but trying to deny the reality of the fact that Russia and Communism has been infiltrating America for the past 60+ years is hard to do. There is so much evidence, and now reality of their success, that one has to conclude that they have succeeded in their goals.

While it is hard to stomach an immoral nation such as Russia condemning the U.S. for being in ‘moral decline’… and even though there is great hypocrisy in his statement, it doesn’t make it any less true. We are, and have been in moral decline for quite a while now… and to a large extent it has been the direct result of Communist design and origins trying to overtake our country.

To understand a little background on this, watch this short video clip outlining the “Communist Goals for the United States”, taken from The Naked Communist, 1961 and from the Congressional Record, 1963.

Now, ask yourself… how many of those goals have been achieved? How many of those goals does President Obama NOT endorse, support, or recommend (or know people who do – i.e. Ayers, Wright, etc…)? So have they achieved their goals? Have they gotten to the mass populace through the public education system and indoctrinated them with socialistic and communistic beliefs? I assert that they have… and have been quite successful at that.

You may still be skeptical, but take a few minutes to watch this short video of Yuri Bezmenov (Tomas Schuman), former KGB agent who defected to the U.S. in the 1970s. In it he describes the steps that the Soviets used to try and subvert the foundation of our country.

Steps:
1. Demoralization of the culture
2. Destabilization
3. Crisis
4. Normalization

Now listen to Mr. Bezmenov discuss subversion, ‘sleepers’, and a desire for a ‘Messiah’. Hmmm… that sounds familiar from this past election cycle.

His full lecture can be viewed here.

Now you are asking… so what could possibly happen? Well according to Glenn Beck, Igor Panarin is correct! Civil unrest is likely and worldwide economic collapse is imminent.

Now, listen to Glenn talk with multiple experts on the subject – including former CIA agents. Make sure you watch all three clips.

Now the final questions… how do you process this information and how do you react to it? That’s up to you. Each person must take the information and process it through their worldview, which hopefully is a Biblical one, and take action based on that. All the while remembering, “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

Cramer Calls Stimulus 'Greatest Wealth Destruction By a President'

And that Obama's 'agenda is a radical agenda'.

And on top of that we're going into in a depression! But he doesn't believe it will result in 'civil unrest'. Great! I'm so enthusiastic! :)

And the White House responds...

McCain: 'So Much For the Promise of Change'

For all of his faults... he's pretty tough here - slamming Obama and his stimulus bill.

“Not surprising the measure has over 9,000 unnecessarily and wasteful earmarks. So much for the promise of change Mr. President... so much for the promise of change. This may be in all the years I’ve been coming to this floor to complain about the earmark, pork barrel, corruption that this system has breed, this may be, probably the worst. I just went through a campaign Mr. President where both candidates promised change in Washington. Promised change from the wasteful, disgraceful, corrupting practice of earmark, pork barrel spending....

What are we doing here? Not only business as usual; but an outrageous insult to the American people.”

UPDATE: Part 2 is now added... it's worth the watch! He is right on with calling out all of these earmarks that are going to special interest groups... and calls on the American People to "rise up" against this pork bill!

Jim Cramer: Obama Agenda is Destroying the Market
